RadioASB launches with popular NYC FM Radio Program

San Diego, CA - January 18, 2006 - Syntarus Corporation, a global telecommunications and information management technology firm based in San Diego, CA today formally announced that it will officially launch subsidiary RadioASB (American Songbook Radio) on the Internet at www.RadioASB.com on January 23, 2006 at 6:00AM EST with the popular New York City FM radio program "Carl Sabatino and the Morning Show".

According to Syntarus CTO Richard F. Burrell, "Our objective is to bring distinctly unique and elegantly sophisticated radio programming to a worldwide audience of discerning, musically mature radio aficionados yearning for the refined format of diverse musical content and program variety that RadioASB delivers." He elaborates, "We devoted a considerable amount of time and effort into the process which ultimately determined the specific elements deemed most essential to facilitating a successful launch for RadioASB. As we considered candidates for the initial 6:00AM EST morning slot it quickly became apparent that the ideal selection would be the popular New York City FM radio program "Carl Sabatino and the Morning Show", which for many years has been an indispensable staple for thousands of morning FM radio listeners in the New York and New Jersey metropolitan area."

The "Carl Sabatino and the Morning Show" program will serve up an engaging blend of American Popular Standards, Jazz (classic and smooth), light Contemporary Rock and a touch of cross-over Country each weekday morning from 6:00AM to 10:00AM EST. The program will be stylishly presented by RadioASB DJ personality of distinction, Carl J. Sabatino, a long time veteran of New York City FM radio.

In the words of program host Carl J. Sabatino, "Internet technology has completely changed the domestic and international radio landscape, and RadioASB provides an interactive portal to connect with a global radio audience and provide wonderful music from the American Songbook catalog, much of which, quite simply stated, is no longer heard anywhere else." He continues, "Internet savvy radio enthusiasts around the world nowadays reach out to the World Wide Web for increased flexibility in entertainment choices, and this provides RadioASB an excellent opportunity to offer that audience the "world class" radio programming they desire. Mr. Burrell, who also serves as RadioASB West Coast Technical Producer, adds "We currently have plans underway to extend the RadioASB morning format with the inclusion of a West Coast flavored version of the "Morning Show" featuring a California DJ Host. The "Morning Show West Coast" program, designed to appeal to Pacific Time morning listeners, will pick up where Mr. Sabatino "signs off" with his signature program closing tune, "I'll Be Seeing You", performed by the Jackie Gleason Orchestra. The "Morning Show West Coast" will then broadcast from 10:00AM until 12:00PM EST (7:00AM to 9:00AM PST). The two programs will perfectly compliment each other and provide an excellent morning mix of styles that promises a refreshing start to the morning that invigorates for the day ahead."
