Syntarus Embraces Vineyardsoft KnowledgeSync Technology

San Diego, CA - May 26, 2005 - Syntarus Corporation, a global telecommunications and information management technology firm based in San Diego, CA today formally announced a premier business partnership with Vineyardsoft Corporation, the nation's leading developer of "Business Activity Monitoring" software.

The partnership between Syntarus and Vineyardsoft shall take effect immediately, authorizing all Syntarus offices to integrate Vineyardsoft "KnowledgeSync" as a key component of Syntarus client implementations.

In reference to the selection of Vineyardsoft's "KnowledgeSync" as a vital element of the Syntarus technical strategy, Mr. Richard F. Burrell, Syntarus CTO, relates, "We were confronted with an essential primary requirement for an enterprise wide identification and response mechanism capable of identifying critical business conditions and then dynamically responding via the creation, transfer or updating of appropriate data within myriad databases.
