Syntarus Selected by Vineyardsoft Corporation to provide Technical Services

San Diego, CA - July 22, 2005 - Syntarus Corporation, a global telecommunications and information management technology firm based in San Diego, CA today formally announced that their premier business partnership with Vineyardsoft Corporation, the nation's leading developer of Business Activity Monitoring software, has officially expanded to include the provision of technical implementation, customization and integration services directly to Vineyardsoft OEM Partners and clients worldwide.

Richard F. Burrell, Syntarus CTO, relates "The fact that Syntarus has been selected by Vineyardsoft to provide technical services directly to both their OEM Partners and clients worldwide is testimony to the incredibly close collaboration and business relationship that exists between our companies."
